We seek to invest in unique high-quality businesses straddling strategic, operational or financial crossroads that are capable of generating strong investor returns through the execution of value creation initiatives that are uncorrelated with the prevailing economic environment.
Exonas Capital was founded by Dino Sawaya with the objective of marrying global investment, business transformation and operating experience to create a unique proposition for business owners, management teams and investors.

FOCUS & APPROACH
Type
We have flexibility to pursue control buyouts and growth equity / minority investments. We have particular appetite for first time institutional capital situations involving founder or family-owned businesses, corporate divestitures, complex buyouts and special situations investments.

We maintain a strategic partnership with the Chameleon Collective to drive value at our investee companies. Leveraging over 150 transformation experts, we look to engineer sustainable improvements in underlying business performance and capture untapped growth opportunities in new and existing markets.
SIZE
We maintain relationships with a wide range of institutional capital and family offices that allow us to pursue opportunities across the size spectrum. Our investments can range in size from $10 million to more than $200 million in enterprise value.

This data is used to gain a better understanding of market pricing dynamics, demand and supply conditions, network cost benchmarking and market size.
The Rack Group is a diversified group of companies developing, manufacturing, marketing and distributing high-end billiards equipment aimed at billiards enthusiasts seeking expert advice and a range of high-end customized products. The Rack Group was established to acquire companies in the billiards industry and now consists of Seybert’s Billiards Supply, Penguin Amusements, Viking Cues and Whyte Carbon.
